To view the status of your ticketed requests, simply Login to KACE and navigate ITS Help Desk on the left sidebar.
Self Service Software Downloads (for free and pre-approved software)
Users are able to download free and pre-approved software on KACE simply by logging into KACE and navigating to Downloads on the left sidebar. Software downloaded through KACE do not need to have an administrator's permission to install.
