Technicians operate a high volume call center and provide remote and on-site troubleshooting, repair, installation and training for supported end users. Help Desk technicians are regularly required to communicate professionally in-person, over the telephone, and via email. Therefore, the ability to work well with a diverse community of students, faculty, and staff is vital.
- Experience with Office 2013/2016 is required
- Aptitude with computer equipment, peripherals, and desktop software
- Must be able to maneuver under desks and carry computer equipment over short distances
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
